This week A-Z Archive letter is letter T. Letter T, hmm… It’s rather hard. What will I post with it. Well, I really-really want to take photograph of moon. But I never got it right. It just become a tiny spot in the sky after all.
Photo Challenge, especially the weekly one, is very addicted for the bloggers. It’s a great way to share your photo to the world, and draw some eyes to your blog. It’s awesome and seeing those photograph from the blog universe brings calm to my eyes. So, when the official WordPress Dailypost Weekly photo challenge is late to give it’s challenge, some wonder why. One person, Ailsa on wheresmybackpack then stood to give what that hungry blogger wants : a photo challenge. The theme is reflection. Some people has aswered the challenge and give some great photograph. Just like Vladimir Brezina said: “Well, when there was no official challenge posted for more than a day, people took matters into their own hands. No doubt there are other informal challenges out there, born at times like these, that we don’t know about. It’s like in a nomadic tribe—people will follow the leader they like best at the moment, but they might desert to another when that leader seems stronger. This week photo challenge is rather late isn’t it. Yeah, the late turns out to be a rather hard theme. The theme now is blue. But for a while, seeing the theme, i just want the challenge is rather later. Why is that? Because almost all of my blue collection, namely “the Sea”, are just collected to the continuation of the Beautiful Landscape of Mutun Beach and Tangkil Island – part 1 of 3 : The Coast post, namely “the Coast”. I plan to publish it on Saturday. Hope this week theme will be long enough and cover the Saturday part. Hey, it’s late isn’t it. We must delay the next week theme for compensate the time we lost for this weeks. That way, I will have two submission in this weeks theme. KHekhekhe… For now, I just post what I can. Menurut teori kognitif sosial, perilaku manusia itu dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan. Katanya, tiga komponen sosial : manusia, lingkungan, dan perilaku secara intens saling memengaruhi satu sama lain. Lingkungan dapat dibagi menjadi dua bagian. Satu: lingkungan fisik seperti tempat, ukuran ruangan, atau pencahayaan. Dua: lingkungan sosial, seperti keluarga, tetangga, dan kolega eh teman. “Dekatilah orang yang menjual minyak wangi. Sesungguhnya bau wangiannya itu akan turut mewangikan kita. Jangan dekati tukang buat besi kerana bau busuk yang ada padanya akan melekat kepada diri kita.” (Hadits, katanya) Dari hadits di atas jelaslah bahwa lingkungan itu memengaruhi kita. Rasulullah pun memerintahkan kita untuk mencari kawan atau lingkungan yang baik. Lingkungan yang baik akan membawa kebaikan kepada kita. Lingkungan yang buruk akan membuat kita terhempas keburukannya pula. Kompetisi hadir adalah pertarungan antar organisme, individu, organisasi, atau entitas (duh, ini bahasa inggris semua) dalam mencapai tujuan atau memperebutkan sumber daya [1][2]. Kompetisi hadir secara alami kapan saja dalam lingkungan. Selama hal yang diperebutkan pihak-pihak tadi tidak dapat dibagi, ada kompetisi. I’ll even reach the sea, the origin of life, defeat it, and eventually meet you on that island. Lampung positioned in Sunda Stait has many amazing beach and water tourism. One of them and maybe one of the most beautiful is Mutun Coast. Compared to another beach tour site, it is relatively new. The beach is clean and white just like powder, but not as soft as it of course :D. It’s virgin and well maintained I can say, not like the tainted beach on Java. I went to the beach in 2007 on our Science Club Activity “Karya Ilmiah Remaja” trip and the photo in this post was all taken at that time. I don’t know what it looks like now but I believe it’s still as beautiful as I set my feet there five years ago. Suatu hari, pada tahun 1990, lahir dua anak bernama Jomes Fragile dan Vesica Urinaria. Lalu, mereka pun beranjak dewasa. Versica berubah menjadi gadis remaja nan jelita. Tapi Jomes langsung menangis jika Sica membobokkannya. Aneh sekali. Orangtua mereka terkejut, setiap Jomes menangis ia berubah menjadi seorang pangeran. Satu bulan telah berlalu. Tapi mereka belum mendapat pasangan. Orang tua mereka berputar-putar ke seluruh alam nan indah ini. Sejak ditinggalkan orang tua mereka, mereka selalu bertengkar. Ada aja masalahnya. SensOpost merupakan surat kabar hasil karya saya dan sobat pada waktu SMP-SMA. Dengan konsep terbit seabad sekali, SensOpost berisi hal dan cerita aneh. Biasa lah, anak-anak.
Pada waktu Google meluncurkan platform jejaring sosial barunya, Google+, semua penduduk Internet bergairah untuk mencobanya. Akan tetapi kini, Google+ hampir seperti kota kosong. Benarkah? Tidak juga. Akun Google+ Anda kelihatan hampa mungkin karena beberapa hal. Teman Anda sedikit yang ada disana. Meskipun banyak teman Anda yang sudah Anda lingkari, mereka sama-sama tidak aktifnya dengan Anda. Lingkaran Anda hanya berisi teman-teman seperti layaknya Facebook. Ketika penduduk Internet beralih dari Friendster ke Facebook beralih pula tren dunia dari kecenderungan promosi diri dengan halaman alay ke kecenderungan curhat dan interaksi dengan halaman rapi. Coba tengok sebentar tulisan teman saya tahun 2009 ini dan amati bagian komentarnya. Cukup lucu. Banyak orang yang tak rela (halaman profil) Friendster dikatai alay. Coba banyangkan pada tahun ini pasti tidak ada lagi orang yang mau membuat halaman sakit mata seperti itu lagi. Banyak yang tidak tahan, mereka pun mencoba-coba Facebook. Pada akhirnya, Facebook menang dan Friendster mati. Kemudian Google membawa sesuatu yang seolah dapat menggantikan Facebook. Dengan mendengar kata jejaring sosial, mungkin banyak orang berfikir bahwa Google+ itu akan seperti Facebook: tempat sesama teman saling curhat …
The letter in this week archive is my favorite. There is so many picture so can post that beginning with letter S. Sun, Sky, Sea, Sand and Shore, almost every landscape starts with it. I expect there will be amazing picture going around in the WordPress universe with this challenge. I, myself, particularly love a landscape picture with shadow or silhouette. I like it because silhouette can change ordinary scenery into something gorgeous or at least acceptable. Therefore I decide to join this week archive with compilation about it. Hope you enjoy it. Oh, before that you should also check my other post with the same theme. Maybe you will enjoy it too.
Most of you probably have hundreds if not thousands of “friends” on Facebook. I guess 500 is everyone average. But I just reach my second hundreds, 200 last week. Kebanyakan dari kamu mungkin punya ratusan jika bukan ribuan friend alias teman di Facebook. Ya, rata-rata sekitar 500 teman lah ya. Kalau saya beda, saya baru menggenapi angka 200 minggu kemarin. For the last three years, I have my Finds Friend button hanging over my blue bar and on the left-side panel. Some friends then ask why when they saw that: “how the hell you have that button”. Unfocused is this weekly photo challenge theme. It’s an interesting theme but rather “hard” or maybe confusing I think. Well, never you deliberately take a blurred picture, don’t you. Well, unfocused does not only means blurred. A picture with too much object in it and you actually don’t know what object you want to be featured the most. But that kind of picture is harder than the former and I don’t have that kind of photo at least the interesting one. So I post these four picture instead. Hope you like it.
Pictured above: Kelapa Rapat Beach. What poetry should I put on this picture? It’s that kind of picture, isn’t it. Have any idea? Kelapa Rapat is one of many famous beach in Lampung Province located in Teluk Ratai, Pesawaran. Kelapa Rapat basically means “dense coconut” because of many coconut tree around the beach. It’s usually called Kelara for short (or Clara for fancy English version :D). The landscape here is beautiful signified by the white sand and blue water. The beach’s wave is nearly nonexistent make it a perfect place for swimming.

This week I decide to join A-Z Archive photo challenge held by frizztext. This week’s letter is the letter R. I start the challenge with the picture below. It’s just a picture in my database. A picture taken when my campus reach its 50 anniversary. This is one of the decoration placed inside the campus. A bamboo miniature of rocket (letter R). The rocket signify the hope that we will fly to the sky from now on. You can see the other submission on letter R here.
